Another lovely knitting session....I did go for a long walk yesterday to pick a big beautiful bunch of wild flowers but forgot to bring them....so I ran around to the church garden and quickly picked a little bunch of roses.....
The cakes were almond and cherry and elderflower drizzle.....
Kristina was as usual equipped with beautiful socks x x x
and she was knitting a felted bag.......
Claire-Louise showed off her brooches based on a dorset button......
We were donated a lovely big plastic bucket of vintage knitting needles.....
I just love coloured needles in a lovely jug x
Alison was displaying her delicate , intricate bead work necklace.....
Zoe was still hard at work on her wolly x x
We brought in photographs of ourselves as children.....
Was good fun trying to guess who was who.....
Then we had a good old rummage through the knitting needles.........
Trying to match up all the pairs....some of them were wonky and bent...like us lol.....
And I had a rummage in the church cupboard and found some beautiful 1930 brass vases to put them in....much prettier than an old plastic bucket.....well that@s about it till next Friday x x Hope you all have a lovely crafty week x
